I see you Yellow Daffodil, growing outside my morning sill. There, today, you greet me at my sunny perch, pushing through the frozen earth. Once a view covered in a cubit of snowfall, now green life where the ice did thaw. The first to sound the spring time horn, with you a new season is born.
Rule of thumb for Daffodil life, plant the bulb depth its own height thrice. This allows them to stand proud and tall, divide the young from old, replant in the fall.
